1. Purpose
The platform connects those who sell (the «Seller») with those who buy (the «Customer»). Fortuna Business Services Sagl is not a party to the sales contract: it provides the intermediation, tracking and payment management service under the terms set out here.
2. Roles and responsibilities
- The Seller is responsible for the goods or services offered, their description, the price and delivery.
- The Customer checks the information before purchasing.
- Nexodus members and referrers manage or report opportunities and are paid on results.
- The platform verifies the identity of Sellers and Nexodus members before every payout.
3. Prices, commissions and payments
The price shown to the Customer is the Seller's price. The platform commission is part of the price and is not an additional cost for the Customer. Any amount due to the Seller is paid according to the contractual terms and after the required checks (proof of payment, proof of delivery, confirmation of receipt).
4. Right of withdrawal
In relations with consumers, the right of withdrawal provided by applicable law applies (for the European Union: 14 days from receipt, with the exceptions provided by law). The procedure is described in the «Right of withdrawal» document.
5. Content and reports
Anyone may report illegal content through «Report content». Reports are reviewed and, if well founded, the content is removed.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
For consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction. For other relationships, the law of the place where Fortuna Business Services Sagl is established applies.
